Some time back, I managed to change the key signature of an instrument that employs a capo, without altering the other staff systems in an ensemble. I added an expression to play back the instrument with capo in concert pitch. Now I cannot recall the steps I used. Can someone help me change the key signature of an instrument in an ensemble, without altering all the others?

There's a staff attribute you can check.

Also, take a good look at staff transpositions.

Staff transpositions are used to make instruments play back in Concert Pitch, even if they display a different key signature.
Example: Alto Sax in E♭.
