Finale Version: 2005
Mac or Windows: window xp

When I work in 3/4, if enter 8th notes, the 8th notes are automatically beamed 2-2-2 form.
So I have to rebeam them to 3-3 form.
Can I change some settings in finale so that they are beamed 3-3 at first try.
Thank you!

I uploaed my question to youtube.

Set your time signature as 6/8, and display as 3/4. This is done in the time signature dialogue box.

Or, set your TS as 2 dotted quarters, rather than 3 quarters.

Just for the record: Finale is beaming correctly in 3/4. Your music, as seen on the video, should have a 6/8 time signature.

And if the music has already been entered, do the suggested modifications and then, select the region/whole piece and apply Utilities -> Rebeam (to Time signature).
