You can change transposition in the Score Manager.

Staff styles can be different between score and linked parts.

Try it!

Another way to achieve the same result is to notate piccolo and double-bass in octave-transposed clefs (= the clefs with a small 8 in the clef symbol).
Use the {treble clef with a small 8 above it} for the piccolo, and the {bass clef with a small 8 below it} for the double-bass.
With this "clef notation" there is no staff transposition involved - the piccolo and the couble-bass are notated in Concert Pitch.
Hence choosing "Display in Concert Pitch" will not cause any change neither in the piccolo nor in the double-bass.

If you don't like to see the small 8's on the clef symbols, edit those two clefs (in the Clef Designer), and replace their clef symbols with the clef symbols without the small 8.

What I usually do is using the "8" clefs in the Concert score (bass, guitar), but have these instruments transposed an octave with a change of clef (no 8 anymore) in the transposed score and parts. As the conductor usually uses the transposed score, there is no problem and the audio is correct.
