Hi all,

So I have Finale 2012 at work and at home.

At work, when I want to add a courtesy accidental in Simple Entry, I click the accidental on the note, hit P once for the accidental to appear in parenthesis, hit P again for the accidental to show without parenthesis.

I was pretty sure I have the same settings at home but when I hit P in Simple nothing happens at home.

What am I doing wrong?

You aren't doing anything wrong. That isn't a setting, it's a built-in keystroke. Have you tried a restart?

Thanks Miker, yes I did restart and still no luck. Weird.

I can get the parenthesis in Speedy but when I hit it again, I SHOULD get the courtesy accidental without the parenthesis but I don't. This is so weird.

That is weird. Maybe it's time to contact Tech Support.
