I have written several (actually arranged other's music) and now have an extensive music library.
I have tried to burn many of these files onto a CD from .wav files, using my Windows Media Center but when I insert
the (supposedly) burned CD into a regular CD player I get nothing.
Is there a special music CD disk that I should be using or some other reason?

Thanks for any recommendation(s)

Not to my knowledge. A regular CD-R should take your wav files, and play them back.

Are you sure you're burning them as an audio file, not a data file?

Yes.

After finishing composition I save as a wav file.

I also save as a data file for future revisions

I don't know what else to suggest. Sorry.

Maybe you should contact Finale Tech Support.

I think the catch is that you're trying to play them in a CD player. They should play properly in WMP or somesuch, but I think CD players want .cda files.

Why not do Google search for burnng audio CDs in Windows? I'm on a Mac, so I won't be much help. You may have to convert the file format.
