Thanks for the chart - I think it will come in useful as a checklist for me.
I think you have omitted contrabass (string bass) which IS a string that is transposed (contra the discussion in this thread stating there are no transposing strings.) It is written an octave above its sound.

A tiny revision: D transposition (written down a major 2nd) is now indicated as built into Finale.

I've added E-flat Clarinet to the list of examples of how to effect enharmonic translation of the key signature from six sharps to six flats.
