You'll need to use the Beam Break tool for this. Click in the measure and a bunch of handles appear. Double-click the handle of the note after where you want the beam broken, and pick Break Through and 16th.

You're welcome.

I was about to tell Sfardaklas, "And, if you have several measures of these, you can do one and then copy to the others with the filter set to copy only 'Secondary beam breaks'." But this doesn't seem to work. Anyone know why, and if there's another way?

It's worked fine for me - I've just tried it!

What is your copy filter set to? I can't get it to work in either 2011 or 2014.5.

Besides using the Secondary Beam Break Tool to break all those secondary beams, also consider the tuplet utility:
Utilities menu > Change > Tuplets…

You can use the tuplet utility to force all the tuplets to display above the notes, and with a bracket,

Motet - I've cleared everything in the filter and just clicked on Secondary Beam Breaks as you mentioned. Just tried it again with a different document, and it's still working!! Finale 2011.

Weird. It must be my breath. Smart shapes don't work either, and only one accent is copied as you see. Presumably it will work for Sfardaklas, though, if it does for you.

FWIW, Tobias Giesen has a plugin in the full version which does this all in one go, as well as performing a number of other useful functions.
