Hello,
I have this Multimeasure rest 1 in my score, I save.
- I want this way
- Multimeasure rest 1.jpg (51.2 KiB) Viewed 2390 times
Then I do "Save as pdf"... and it changes like you see in Multimeasure rest 2, why ?
- I don't want this way
- Multimeasure rest 2.jpg (47.76 KiB) Viewed 2390 times
The same happens if I ask "Open pdf in Preview".
I want to keep the Multimeasure rest 1.

Without seeing the file, I would be guessing. You might try turning off the option to update MM rests automatically and see if this gets fixed.

The fact that it changed when printing is usually a result of Automatic Updating. If one had the option to show real rests, then changed to the shape manually, updating would change it back to the rests. I am guessing that is what was done. That option doesn't check or uncheck itself except in the case I mentioned, and only for the manually changed MM rests, not for the global setting.
