Is there a maximum size for merged scores? I have been trying to merge two, but the second one end up being all blank measures and rests without notes.
Here's a dropbox link to it, if anyone would like to see it.https://www.dropbox.com/s/oqdes03sr68u0 ... .musx?dl=0

I think you have forgotten that we've already answered this question in your other thread. Yes, there is a limit to the number of entries, or frames, in Finale. Whether dealing with a single file, or merging 2, once the max is reached, that's it.
So, your attempt to merge will not yield success. I believe, someone suggested in the other topic that you would have to divide larger projects into smaller segments.

Thanks. I wasn't sure if this applied to merging scores as well. So, if one had a large scale work, like a Bruckner symphony, how can they create a conductor score that has everything in one book?

If it is important to have everything in one file, consider creating a PDF file of each volume, and merge the PDF files into one PDF file.ckohl16 wrote:… it seems that you make multiple volumes and print them individually …
