I've been trying unsuccesfully to playback the arpeggio that goes from left hand to right hand in the Piano part.

If I write only the Arpeggio non right hand there is no problem, but when I extend the same arpeggio to left hand, it doesn't sound at all.

It's a problem related to layers perhaps?

I appreciate your always great disposition to help

The piano is muted, which may be why it doesn't sound. Seems to play back OK, except the arpeggio isn't played in measure 2 for some reason. That's buggy HP, I guess.

Same result as motet (tested in Finale 25). I can hear both hands. Copy measure 4 of the piano into measure 2 (they are identical), so that the arpeggio sounds in measure 2.

Thank you both, motet and michelp.

Well. now the Piano is on, and I rewrote the arpeggios, but can hear only arpeggio in m. 1.
I inseted another measure between m. 1 and 2 and copied and pasted m. 1 in the new m. 2. Same result.
What kind of bug do you think I've got from m. 2 on?

It seems to have something to do with only having one note in the left hand. Put the G's in the bass clef. The player will know what to do.

I use the articulation tool for this. It doesn't really roll both hands, but it gives an effect close to it since there are only one or two notes there. I can't say exactly how the Smart Shape does it. With the articulation, it starts before the beat. So, on the first beat of a piece it won't work. For that, I make a duplicate articulation and change the playback numbers from 0 and -256 to 256 and 0. I created that one for my revised file.

Thank you very much, motet

I see now the reason why the arpeggio didn't playback: the left hand must have at least 2 notes.

zuill, your system works, too, although the last step you had to do to get it seems complicated.
