I upgraded to 25.5 and downloaded it on two (2) computers. Then I tried to download it onto my new laptop and it failed to install. So I deleted everything related to Finale and tried to install it again. This time after trying to authorize it I got a message saying I had reached my maximum number of installations. REALLY?? I only get two installations?

It sounds like you have an "office/home/laptop" situation. I'd install on the laptop and on the next most used computer and let it go at that. I have software that allows only one installation or makes you jump thru hoops to have a double installation. I'd just work it out and be done with it.

You only get two active copies, but you can go to the MM site, log in, and unauthorize it for a computer you're no longer using.
