Hello guys.
Can you answer me is it possible to move all staves using Staff tool if I want to they be in same line?

Rather than the Staff Tool, I'd suggest using the Page Layout Tool. Once in that tool click somewhere in the system (the 5 staves grouped together you want to move) and drag down (using mouse/trackpad) by the amount wanted. Or use the Page Layout Menu > Systems > Edit Margins…

And you might also find that the utility under the Page Layout Tool named "space staves evenly" does what you want with just a few keystrokes.

Furthermore, there is also a plug-in:

Plug-ins menu > Scoring and Arranging > Space Systems…
