AS you can see on the attached picture, the slashes are not evenly divided in the piano and drums parts. Apparently, they are following what is written in other instruments and that can lead to confusion in slashes with odd number of beats changing from bar to bar. I need to be able to evenly divide the beats and I can't do that now. How Can I do it?

I see that in Utilities / music spacing.
I don't know what was selected before, note spacing or beat spacing, but I don't see any place to see where is the current selection.
Document options / music spacing does not show the option to select note, beat or time signature spacing.
Now I tried time signature spacing and it works for when the score has only drums (see pic1) , but for the parts with other instruments, time signature does not even out the bars so I can see the slashes the way it supposed to be (see pic2)

Try this:
Make a copy of your score to do a test run. Go to Document Options > Music Spacing and hit the Spacing Widths button. Change the Scaling Factor to 2, hit OK and respace the music. You'll get proportional spacing in the entire score. Does this look OK?
If you want to use this, I'd suggest you first finish the entire score and all parts using the default spacing. Then, change the scaling factor and respace just the score.

I don't worry about even spacing of slashes in the score. Do that in the part. The score should accommodate all the parts. If you want slashes even there, it makes other parts too crowded.

You are absolutely right, when using Music Spacing (in Utilities), its a compromise with the score, but its in the parts when is most effective.
