I'm running Finale 25.5.0.259 for Mac and I'm trying to write some tied notes - more specifically the last of an eighth-note triplet chord tied to a half note. It's a 3-note chord and I want all 3 notes to be tied, but whenever I do a tie in one of the notes it deletes the tie in the other two. If I try to tie it again, it reties the other two but then deletes the tie on the note I'm currently trying to tie (see attached pictures for clarification). Is this a bug in Finale or am I doing something wrong? How can I fix this?

If you're doing this in simple entry, where you have the cursor makes all the difference. Put it on all three notes and all three tie. On just one note, and only one note ties.

… And if you're doing this in Speedy Entry, position the crosshair on any scale step other than the three chord notes.
Then hit the = key or the letter T key, to tie the entire chord.

In Simple, if you use the mouse to click the ties in, then pressing anywhere above or below the chord, or in between notes, ties all the notes, but clicking on a specific note ties just that note.
