Speedy entry LR arrows

In Speedy Entry, the L/R arrows on my computer make the caret jump by measure only. Up and down work fine. Any thoughts?

I want to be able to toggle L and R within a measure to edit. Specifically right now I'm trying to get the score to look right. There are places where note aren't spaced correctly.

The don't toggle, but they should move note by note. Make sure you're in the proper layer.
