How to make Repeat Tool signs/text not to break multimeasure rests?
I found this quite annoying!

Are you sure your 7th measure doesn't have the "Break Multimeasure rest" checked ? And is the 8th measure really empty (no rest) ?
I did a quick test, and and see 8 measures of multimeasure rest. The only thing is that I cannot move the repeat text where I want it.
P.S. : I also see redundancy in 2 coda instructions. The coda symbol itself should be placed at the beginning of the coda region, of course.

I unchecked "Break Multimeasure rest" in last bar (8) and now it does not break multimeasure rest in parts, but sadly can't be moved adjusted in parts (as you mentioned).
