Notation of an EWQL Instrument - Very strange.

Postby cubanbach » Thu Sep 13, 2018 3:07 am

I have one question, about an EWQL instrument called: Timpani DFX Roll Mod Hits.

The EW keyboard for this instrument is split into three (3) parts with the highest notes going to great timpani rolls that I can't get to play in Finale unless I notate them way above the treble staff in the score. (picture attached)

Is there a way to transpose something 3 octaves down BUT the score will show the proper Timpani octave in the Bass Clef?

Thanks. I know this is an odd question. But I am going for broke here...
