Has anyone noticed this in Finale 26? When entering lyrics the words tend to jump all over the page. They eventually pop back into the right place, or if they don't, a redraw fixes everything, so this is not really a problem, just a curiosity.

I am working with a template created in an older version, so that could be the issue.

Yes. I noticed it just a day or so ago. But I was using a doc created in F26, I think.

I was entering lyrics and 26 just stopped. Everything else worked just no more lyrics. It got tired I guess.

Is it possible that you did something to switch to a layer with nothing in it? That will cause lyric entry to stop since there is nothing for the lyrics to attach to.
