Is there some way to select a measure region and change all "straight" eighths to quarter+eighth triplets in notation? I'm on Finale v25.5 on Windows 10, and I tried seeing if there is a way to do this with FinaleScript, but the manual was not helpful with this. I also tried seeing if there was a plugin for this, and even downloaded the trial version of TGTools trying to see if any of the developers had thought of this.

The reason I am trying to do this is because in the score I am writing, the feel is mostly swing but there are enough straight eighth notes to justify using pairs of eighths as straight and using triplets for swing. It takes forever to create a quarter+eighth triplet (unless I am missing something), so I was hoping I could select pairs of eighths in certain regions and convert them, as that would still be faster then entering them individually.

Thanks!

JW Meter and Rhythm > Rhythm transformation > Notated Swing will do it.
