Is there a way to insert the Title and the Part Name centered at the top of each page, from page 2 to the end of the piece? For example: "Symphony No. 4 - Harp" at the top of the harp part on all pages from page 2 to the end? I know how to enter the Title only and the Instrument/Part name only, but can't find how to insert both items simultaneously with a dash in between.

Thanks!

Perhaps the easiest way to do this is to start creating a text object with a text tool.

1. Create a text object
2. Text > Inserts to get your inserts. Here is where you'd also type the dash in between the two
3. Right click on the text object > Edit Frame Attributes
4. Page Range: 2 through 0
5. Positioning Horizontal: Center, Vertical: Top (Header), Position From: Page Margin

That should get the job done.

What you might be having trouble with is just editing the existing text object. For that, you can double click the object and use your arrow keys to get to the beginning or end. Then, you can type a dash and insert the new text.

Another way to edit the text:
Drag-select the text block handle.
Text menu > Edit Text…
You get to the dialog box Edit Text where you can edit the text, and also view some info.
