score merger joys. Need less tedious fixes

Which is 12 movements into one, I want to know if there are global fixes for the following glitches:
1. measure numbering font gets changed in all regions after 1. (already fixed 2)
Is there a global way to change font in all measure number regions.
Right now I have to do it for each, AND for the multimeasures.
2. For a new movement, after a page break, the SECOND system is indented. How can I fix or prevent this?
(page 10 and 12 for instance.)
3. Page headers and numbers are really dumbly glitched, but I'll fix them by hand.
4. Score system dividers. How do I get rid of them globally?
5. Finale doesn't put in a final bar line after each movement???
6. Other things I hvaen't noticed yet.
