How could I extend in the Clarinet the stem fron eighth C to eighth B?
That is, from bar 1 to bar 2.

Plug-ins > Note, Beam, and Rest Editing > Patterson Plug-ins Lite > Beam Over Barlines > Create
You will have to deselect View > Show > Hidden Notes and Rests, for it to show properly.
