Repeats don't appear in second linked part

In the attached file, the Rondo has a system of somewhat complicated repeats using a Signo, Coda sign, Fine, DS al Coda and DS al Fine. It all appears in the score and first linked part. In the second linked part - Flauto Secondo - only the little squares marking the positions of the signs appear and, if I print the Rondo of the second linked part, no repeats appear at all. When I edit the assignment of the various repeat signs, all of them say to show the sign in all parts, but they only appear in the first one. How do I get the repeats to appear in the Flauto Secondo linked part?

In the Staff Tool you have Endings and Text Repeats turned off. Click that box and everything shows up.
