Is it possible to get the Finale Numerics font without owning Finale?

I'm on v25 and use Numerics for Roman numeral analysis, but I'm looking to share some examples via text with other musicians that don't have Finale.

Just curious. Thanks!

What if the musicians download and install the Finale demo?

Would that not install the Finale fonts, too?

My guess is that the answer is yes.

You could also contact Make Music and ask if you could purchase the font. My guess is that they're not going to want to mess around with selling fonts and may very well just tell you to use and distribute the font with their compliments. Then again, they might not want their fonts passed around which leaves the option of downloading the demo to get the fonts.

Bear in mind that the SMuFL fonts are free open source fonts that can be freely distributed and modified. Make Music has signed on to SMuFL and is moving in this direction.

Many of us have used the demo versions to get Finale docs and fonts. Sibelius fonts, too.

Thanks for the replies. Hadn’t thought about the demo.
