Password Recovery Doesn't Work

I attempted to login to Makemusic.com to upgrade my Finale, but the password did not work. I chose the "Forgot Your Password" link, but no email gets sent. Is there anything I can do to get back into my account?

Sounds like you need to contact them somehow. Maybe post on their support site.

If all else fails, send a tweet to @finaleofficial via Twitter (if you are on it). To my astonishment via this means I've several times had useful answers from organizations who were otherwise difficult to contact.

Thanks everyone. I found a phone number in my original purchase email and called MM. The rep was able to copy the recovery email and send it from his own address which worked great.
