How can i write antiphon choir?
Where first choir ending singing, there starts second choir.

You could use 2 layers (Change layers at the bottom left corner of the Finale window). A rest would then appear before the second voice enters and after the first voice ends, which is necessary.
Parentheses can be created as expressions.
The direction of the stems can be flipped with the L key (Speedy).

As michelp says, something like this. For even more clarity, you could put Choir 1 lyrics above the staff, and Choir 2 lyrics, below. I don't think the parentheses are needed, since the lyrics and rests would show which choir is singing.

I assumed that the parentheses around the half note meant that the note was shared by both choirs -- the last note of one phrase and the first note of another. It's hard to know without some lyrics. If I am right then some up and down stems would be helpful, as well as Mike's idea about lyrics below and above the line. If it starts getting complicated, then maybe two staves would be appropriate.
