Hi, I have a piece of music that begins on one staff (treble) because the range is not so big. However, in the middle of the piece, the range is much bigger so that it needs two staves (bass and treble).
I want to change from 1 staff to a grand staff. How do I do this?

You have a grand staff that goes the whole way. You then hide the un-needed staff when not needed. Make sure the Group Attributes for the grand staff allows hiding normally.
