Editing Window Issues
Using a Mac with Finale 26.
For the last 3 versions of Finale I have the issue of my editing window disappearing when I click on Speedy Entry and then click a measure to open the editing window. I click a measure and the window appears for 1 second and then disappears. I can only get the editing window to stay put if I move the score several inches left or right on the screen. Then it stays so I can work. What is up with that? Is there a fix?

I would suggest you send that in to tech support. Log into your account at finale, and Submit a Request.

That's odd, and I have never seen it. Could it possibly have something to do with your display, or with the zoom percentage? If it happens in Page View, then is it okay in Scroll View, or vice versa?

I work mainly in Scroll View so that is where I notice it the most. It may happen in page view as well but I can't say for sure. It happens at different percentage views but can't tell if it might have something to do with the display. It is so weird because I will click a measure 5 or 6 times and the window disappears but as soon as I move the score left or right nd dew measures the window now stays open. Fo figure.
