Hi all, I'm working on piece of some guitar tabs. I've ran into this issue before and I can't remember how to fix it. I have a segment of guitar tab in Finale (2015 for Windows) that is going to the wrong octave or fret (as evidenced by the circle area - note how the circle area shows the wrong fret with a gold or yellow number indicating it's in the wrong octave I think).
How do I fix this? Like I said, I've done this before but can't remember and don't have it written down anywhere.

I reproduced your music and got the same result. Very strange.
But the tablature in the odd measures is an octave too low, so if you select those measures and type 9 or transpose up an octave, they should look right, I hope.

I reproduced your music and got the correct result (= in measure 11 a whole note G on the third fret).
Just one question:
Take a look at
Preferences - Edit
Is the option {Respect Instrument Ranges when Copying or Changing Instruments} selected or de-selected?
