I did copy and paste, measures 6-10, from Violins 1 to Trumpets and Horns, notes and glissando. but when I delete glissando they appear on Trumpets and Horns again

I appreciate your help

I don't know why the arpeggio symbol reappears after it has been deleted, but when you copy and paste you can use the edit filter to exclude articulations from the paste. Or, if you delete ALL the articulations in the measure it seems to take care of the problem.

Later -- also, it looks like if instead of using the Articulation Tool to delete the arpeggios, if you use the Selection Tool and click/delete, they don't seem to reappear.

There are two handles on the arpeggio articulation. Select the top one to delete it (in either tool).
