I just wanted to put a post announcing that we will be ending technical support on March 1st, 2019 for Finale 2014 products. We had sent out an email to all 2014 users several weeks ago but I also wanted to put an announcement here in case that email was not seen by some folks and inform users of newer version of this change as well. Our typical guidelines are to maintain support for the 2 most recent versions of the program so with the recent release of v26, we will maintain technical support for this version and the previous release of v25. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

There was an email back on January 2 about data collection policy. That's the last I saw.

Perhaps they only sent it to those whose latest version is 2014.5. Since you have v25, they probably considered you upgraded.
