I actually think it used to do this and I squelched it. Not sure.
Anyway, when Finale starts, I'd like it to open any documents
that I had open the last time I quit. Is that possible?

Thanks!

Windows or Mac? I think this is a function of the OS.

On a Macintosh you have the option of reopening any windows you had open when you restart the computer. A message and checkbox appear when you shut down.

It's Windows 10. I was hoping Finale had the option. I use
Reaper often, and it does this. I got used to it. It's a nice
feature.

I'm running Finale 26.

I don't think so. I put a shortcut to the .musx I'm working on on the desktop and start Finale by double-clicking on that.

You have "recent files" at the bottom of the File tab. It's just a couple clicks to have any file reopened. I usually have Finale display 10 files in case I want to reopen one quickly.

If you have Finale on your taskbar you can just right click on that to get the recent files list.
