Finale v.25 on Windows 10

I'm trying to create a chromatic line (transcription of the castle music from the original Super Mario Bros), parallel M3's moving up and down, but I want certain accidentals for certain notes so the notes are always written as a M3 and not a d4. I've tried and I've looked but I can't find a way to set certain notes for certain accidentals, and I'd rather not go through every single note manually and backslash all of the ones that don't work because when I copy and paste it the line goes back to being messed up, plus the notes that were changed are yellow. Is there an easier way to have the notes be printed as what I want them to be?

If you could post a sample of what you have so far, we might be able to suggest an approach. Off the top of my head, possibly Retranscribe in the MIDI/Audio menu would be one way to modify something already entered. But without seeing what you have, that is a blind suggestion.

Perhaps a custom enharmonic spelling table.
