Symbols appearing unexpectedly in PDF exports

Hi all,
I have a project where some mysterious '3' symbols are appearing at the very bottom-left of p.1 in the PDF export for some (but not all) parts (see attached screenshot). They aren't drawn in Finale, only in the exported PDF. Does anyone know how I can get rid of them?

I'm using Finale 26.0.1.655 on Windows 10.
