I was planning to use a previous piece as the starting point for a similar one so I loaded it and saved it as a new file name.
The old piece had a pick up bar of 1 beat but was otherwise in triple time. How easy, I thought to delete the pick up bar and change the time to 4/4. It would not delete. I tried a few things so I may have messed with the file I'll upload with this message, but I can only select the portion you see and wondered what has gone wrong. Stacks within the music will delete.
I will stop being lazy and start a fresh file, but this has me stumped so I thought I'd ask!
I have rebooted. Even Select All will not select the first portion of what was bar #1.

Go to the Document Menu > Pickup Measure. Click the "Clear Pickup" button. You can now delete the measure if you wish.
