Change Text Block Color

I would like to change the color of text blocks to white and drag them onto the black keys of a piano keyboard graphic. Is this possible? A white box with black text would also work. Any ideas? Thank you.

I have repeatedly requested a real text editor to be included in future upgrades but as of today no love. Even if you use a real text editor, change the text color, copy and paste Finale will ignore it.
