Hi,
I need to copy the notes of two instruments to the piano, is there a way to merge this in order to have a correct voicing in the piano ? no crossing etc ?
Or I need to do it manually ?

Have you tried Utilities -> Implode ? A good starting point.
Another idea : the plug-in JW Staff Polyphony -> Staves -> Merge.
