I ask this before but maybe now there's a way.....

Is there a way to keep the manual changes I've made regarding the vertical space between each staff ?
I'm going to add many systems before what I've already made, and what happens is that the changes in each system will go away, because system 2 will no longer be system 2......
Don' know if I'm clear.....

In the Page Layout menu is a command called "Insert Staff System". Use that and your layout will be preserved.

By your words “the vertical space between each staff”, do you perhaps mean “the vertical space between each system”?

If you need to insert extra systems, do not insert extra measures.
Instead, use the Page Layout Tool to insert extra systems. (Page Layout menu > Insert Staff Systems…)
In that way the existing systems will retain their custom system margins.

I mean the vertical space between each staff, Each page (1 system per page) has different vertical spaces between instruments (depending of the contents of each instrument). I can't figure out how to block this, given than later I will add systems before,

Use Insert Staff Systems to add systems. It is what you're looking for!

I can insert systems without affecting the rest of the systems now, but how can I erase pages or whole systems whithout affecting the ones that follow ??
I've tried "delete measure stack but this affects the rest of the pages....

Page Layout Tool again - "Delete Staff Systems". You must highlight the upper left hand corner system handle first.
