Can anyone tell me, is it possible to use in speedy entry tool win10 Speech recognition? It would be very helpful if both hands are busy on keyboards to give for example command Ctrl+3 for tuplets.

As Far As I Know, it is only possible via third party software in combination with Finale, not via Finale alone.
