Finale and Mojave 32 bit or 64 bit

I just updated to 26.1 and got the error message that Finale was not compatible with this system. I went to Apple and found this test....
"How do I check if an app is 32-bit or 64-bit?
From the Apple menu, choose About This Mac, then click the System Report button. From the system report, scroll down to Software in the sidebar, then select Applications. When you select an individual application, you will see a field titled 64-bit (Intel). “Yes" indicates 64-bit; “No" indicates 32-bit. If you're using macOS Mojave, select Legacy Software in the sidebar to see all applications that have not been updated to use 64-bit processes."
So I did that and in applications it said that Finale is 64 bit.
But when I go to the legacy software listing it say Finale is 32 bit. Which is right? I'm having so much trouble with Finale slowing down after about 1/2 an hour and eventually freezing completely and I get big green squares on the screen. Grrrr....never had that sort of trouble before in the last 25 years.
I have an iMac 10.14.4
