Separate font choice for Alternate Notation

I ran into an issue with fonts. I'm trying to use the Reprise font and I noticed all of the Alternate Notations like the 2 bar repeats, slashes, and diamond note heads are all in the Reprise Special Std font, but the 1 bar repeat is only in the Reprise std font. Is there a way to change the font for only the 1 bar repeat so it is showing the proper symbol?

Reprise is an older font.
I suspect that you, to make the Reprise font work, will have to downgrade (or to edit the font in a font editor, but that is not an option for you, I guess?).

Instead, try another font, like e. g. the Broadway Copyist font.

Reprise is a Sibelius font and not compatible with Finale's Maestro.
It's not possible to use two fonts for Alternate Notation, but you could create a one-bar repeat expression and use this instead of the one-bar repeat staff style.
This was one of the tricks I used in making incompatible fonts compatible with Finale for the Music Font Comparison.
