Cannot Open asv files

Postby Ekkie » Sat Jun 01, 2019 7:16 pm

My old computer died and most of my Finale files were saved, but many were saved with the .asv extension. I can't open the asv files and, in fact, when I try to open them Finale, instead of opening the files, sends them to the printer. I can't open the files to change the extension name and when I right click the top option says "Print". What can I do to open these files?

Change the extension to .mus (or .musx) and they should open normally.

Or open them from the program, not by double-clicking.
