Hi, I am working with Finale version 25.5.0.259 on Mac.

When I add a grace note before a tied whole note everything looks fine, but when I press the "Play" button the tie disappears and the note does not start to sound until halfway through the measure, with no grace note audible.

Without the grace note the tied notes work as defined, and without the tie everything is fine, but when combined playback is corrupted as above.

The tie disappearing is something Human Playback does for some reason, so that's a red herring. If you can upload your file, even cut down to a few measures exhibiting the problem, someone may be able to help.
