In m. 2 (left hand) I'd like to tie the 3 notes of the tuplet to the chord in the next bar.
I could only tie B. For the E and E I find no way.

There are fancy workarounds if you need tied playback. If not, then use real ties instead, and just use Special tools to stretch them over to the next bar. "Ravel ties" is a term often used for this scenario.

You have to extend the ties manually with the Special Tools tie tool.

Then the route is:

1) write a Tie
29 Windows/Special tools palette/ Tie tool
39 Click on the 1st note of the tie
49 Extend the small square till the aimed note across the bar
