No sound after upgrade to Kontakt 6

I upgraded to Kontakt 6 and I selected Kontakt 6 from score manager and I don't hear any sound at all.
With Kontakt 5, there was no problem. Is there anyone experienced the same problem?

Does it work in standalone mode?

I have never used the standalone mode.

Have you checked midi/audio - VST Banks & Effects and checked that the volume slider is not set to zero? When I've added a new device or version it seems to always default to zero volume.
