I was send over score files from a previous Finale from a friend. She sent me the musx file as well as a PDF. I need the musx to make individual parts for her. When I opened her file, this is what the music looks like. Please help.

Close the file and shut down your computer. Restart and open the file. Any difference?

None whatsoever. I've never seen anything like this before.

As her what fonts she used.

That is the default output if the music font they used is not installed on your machine. Double check that whatever font she used in her document is also installed on your computer.

It was actually a very simple need to change the font. It is good now! Thank you!
