Is there a way to centre the diamond shape over the whole note other than through special tools and manually moving each diamond shape?
The diamond is placed perfectly for notes with stems, but for whole notes the diamond is too far to the right, as it places "as though" there were a stem there.

If you're talking about the application of the TGTools Easy Harmonics, that isn't a harmonic articulation, but a modified notehead. I think you would need to address the feature request to Tobias as to how his Plugin operates.

Upon further study, I see that the plugin recognizes the "ghost" stem direction as well, so notes that would be left align for downstems, and right align for upstems. Once you find a manual setting that works for each of those situations, you can use the JW Change plugin to make the centering process easier. I am guessing the Easy Harmonics plugin won't be changed in this regard any time soon, so finding an easy workaround is the best approach.

I guess the Change plugin will be the route I must take.
Thank god it's such a detailed and complete little plugin! life without it would be a whole lot harder.
