barlines position on repeats

I like my repeat barlines to hug the thick barline on repeats. I do it with drag and drop.
I use Document Options to set parameters for othe things.
Anyone know of a way to get those barlines to 'snap' to position?

Will this work? The only drag and drop possible in Finale is copy and paste, so I don't know what you mean by that.
