More bugs?

Hello,

1. Finale v26.1.0.397 is losing it's authorisations every once in a while. It happened with me sice february this year four times.
When I try to authorise again I cannor remove old authorisations at the Makemusic site. Sofar my dealer has to remove them manually.

2. When I make a new rehearsel mark in the expression selection ( I'm working on a piece with 5 movements, all with it's own rehearsel marks) I'm losing mark three, four and five, every time I open Finale again.

Anybody familiar with these errors/bugs and what to do with it?

1) I'd suggest you check and if necessary replace the preferences:

2) Checking preferences may help. Are you using Finale's "auto-sequencing" rehearsal marks or making them one by one the old fashioned way? I'd suggest using the auto-sequencing type.

Your "dealer"? WHat does that mean? Your dealer, where you bought Finale from (?), has no more control over your registration than you do. It seems to me a call to MM tech is warranted. This is a fully authorized Finale product registered to and by yourself?

I would make this in five separate files. Use auto-sequencing rehearsal marks in each movement.

"dealer"? WHat does that mean?

Marcel must be located in Europe. There, one buys Finale from an authorized retailer; the registration is handled by them, not Make Music.
