Hi,
How can I (if at all possible) convert or merge multi-instrument score into one piano score (treble clef and bass clef) ?

On my Mac it is simple. Once you have the piece with all its separate line in Finale, go to Plugins > Scoring and arranging > Piano reduction. That should add a grand staff to the bottom of your score.
